Deathlok Treatment
A method of reanimating the dead using robotic parts.
Clearly based on the regular Marvel Universe character Deathlok.

He was captured and sentenced to 15 years of Geri-Toxin, but the Punisher caught up to him later and...took care of him.

Pheromone Farms
The pheromones are harvested from children sold into slavery and bought by the farms. Kuwait houses several of these farms.

Doom 2099 #26

Rush Factory
Lower class people are kidnapped off the street and wired into a device that transmits their pain and emotions to a rich paying customer.
The unfortunate victim is then subjected to torture, eliciting pain and fear.

You get the rush, the fear, the adrenaline...but you get no real pain and your body's intact."
