This drug, created by Alchemax, causes permanent sterility in its users after a single dose. The sterility effect is communicable, and can spread to people who have not taken the drug themselves.
It was given away by drug pushers hired by Alchemax who pretend it is a strong euphoric or stimulant, as part of a plan by the company to depopulate the lower classes.
