The body fluids, including blood and saliva, of the alien Avatarr — who was acting as the head of the company Alchemax — contain a potent hallucinogen.
His exact alien species remains unknown and has not been encountered before or since.
The saliva also contains an acid.

Pediatric medications sold at the fast food style clinic, Medi-Kwik, in Transverse City.
The name is clearly a play on McDonald's Happy Meals, but the medications probably also works as antidepressants.

Megavil
A drug created by Alchemax and heavily marketed on television and other media. It is a combination pain killer and psychiatric medication.
Contains activated polydimorphine.
Ad Copy: "Two out of three clinical studies agree! Nothing stops the steering pain and itch of existential angst and unfulfilled ambition faster than Megavil."
Ad Copy: "It's proven two hundred times more effective than the leading brand!".

The slang term for dairy products with narcotic properties in the world of 2099.
Also called "Moo Juice."

A strong injectable sedative used by the security forces of the megacorporation D/Monix.
It is a synthetic hormone that affects the hippocampus
High doses of Mnemopromethylene can cause Induced Repetitive Menemonic Syndrome, which causes severe memory loss and can leave the victim in a coma.
That condition is potentially treatable with Nootropine a banned drug.

An illicit drug in Marvel's 2099 universe. Its effects are unknown as it was only mentioned once in passing.

Necrotoxins
A toxic gas sprayed on crowds that reduces organic matter — including people — to protein-rich sludge.
The gas leaves all metal and technological items intact.
It was used by the Narco-Presidente of Colombia against his own people in Bogota, and by the Angel's Breath corporation against rebels in Makhelastani.
John Herod, the leader of the anti-Doom coup, used Necrotoxins against the populace of Latveria.
 
Survivors often suffer temporary insanity, but some develop physical mutations and a permanent madness; these latter are referred to as "mutalocos."
 
The venom of certain crabs may provide some protection against Necrotoxins.
Quote: "Necrotoxins were created in Europe in the 2070''s, when poverty-stricken starving Italy found a use for the overstuffed concentration camps they kept in the Basque territory.
They sprayed the thousands of inmates with the chemical, which swiftly reduced them to a protein-rich sludge that could later be cheaply converted into foodstuffs."

Illegal drugs derived from plants and fungi that are manufactured and used on remote asteroid colonies.
These same colonies also produce illegal stimulants.

Nootropine
A psychoactive medication banned by the government as it allows people to escape mind control and other psychological conditioning.
2-4-5 Trioxidiclorizide, a dangerously toxic chemical, is a required precursor for producing Nootropine.
Quote: "Tested briefly back around '54 or so, it had the effect of rendering the brain 'plastic,' freeing it from habitual neural responses."
