Designer Mycotoxin
A mycotoxin is a poison produced by a fungus, a well-known example is α-amanitin, the chemical found in the death cap mushroom (Amanita phalloides) that makes it fatal to eat.

Early symptoms include severe pain and weakness, followed by hallucinations, and then death due to neurological damage.
Misspelled once as "micotoxin."
